Tell us where you are right now and we'll guide you, no strings attached. It's a first conversation, not a medical questionnaire.
Behind every message there's a person who knows India and Ayurveda. Gema or someone from her team will get back to you.

How it works
- 01
Write to us.
Tell us how you're doing and what you're looking for. No commitment.
- 02
An orientation call.
A call to answer your questions and honestly see whether this is a fit for you.
- 03
A plan built around you.
If you decide to move forward, we define format, dates and preparation together.

What people ask us most.
